A premium 12:1 cold brew concentrate made with Grade 1 coffee, designed for cafes, offices, caterers, and high-volume service. One 2.5 gallon box makes approximately 32.5 gallons of ready-to-drink coffee.
For Cold Brew: Mix 1 part concentrate with 12 parts cold water and serve over ice.
For Americano: Mix 1 part concentrate with 15 parts hot water.

2.5 × 13 = 32.5 gallons of ready-to-drink coffee
That equals about:
- 520 cups if each cup is 8 oz

So for a standard 8 oz coffee serving, you can make about 520 cups.
